Kāpa 2016 mixed sprint relay

Registration starts at 16:00 on 9th July.

Start of the relay at 18:00 on 9th July.

Terrain

Relay will be held at competition centre of Kapa 3 days.

Map scale – 1:4000

Terrain – mostly open and semi open areas, forest with good and average runabillity.

Participants and groups

SV 12, SV 14, SV 16, SV 21, SV 130, SV 160, SV 190

Mixed teams with 3 participants. It is allowed to run only for women in 3rd leg.

Punching

SPORTident will be used for punching. The same SPORTident cards can be used as in 3 days competition. Additional rental of SPORTident card only for relay – 1 EUR.

SV12 – 1,5 km

SV14 – 1,8 km

SV16 - 1,8 km

SV21 – 2,7 km

SV130 – 2,2 km

SV160 – 1,8 km

SV190 – 1,6 km

Entries

Deadline for the entries is 7th July 24:00.

Order and name of the runners must be registered until 7th July 24:00.

It is possible to register for vacant places after the deadline with additional cost of participation +50%. Each group have 3 vacant places.

Prize giving

First three teams will be awrded in each group. Every team (all 3 runners) which will finish with result will participate in lottery for a free entrie in Kāpa 2017.
